PURCHASING LEAD
As a Purchasing Lead, you will drive procurement initiatives while leading a high-performing purchasing team. You will manage tenders, negotiate contracts, and build long-term supplier partnerships to optimize costs, quality, and service.
What you will be working on:
- Lead and coordinate the purchasing team to achieve KPIs and operational excellence
- Participate in strategic sourcing and central procurement initiatives
- Manage tenders, select suppliers, and negotiate contracts for maximum value
- Monitor inventory, purchasing KPIs, and support decision-making with detailed analyses
- Build and maintain strong supplier and logistics relationships
- Contribute to audits, process improvements, and procurement-related projects
Feel free to apply if:
- You have degree in Logistics, Economics, or Engineering
- You have excellent English skills, both spoken and written
- You have proven experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and SAP ERP usage
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or plastics industries
- Knowledge of lean procurement processes and international sourcing
- Knowledge of German
